  • Cosmetic Product Information File (PIF) according to Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products.
  • Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment (Annex I) according to Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products. It consists of:
    Part A- Cosmetic product safety information.
    Part B- Product Safety Assessment.
  • Preparation of toxicological profiles for each ingredient within a cosmetic product.
  • Notification of products to the CPNP (European Cosmetic Product Notification Portal).
  • Notification of cosmetic products to the UK SCPN (UK Submit Cosmetics Product Notification).
  • Review of cosmetic product labelling. Information to be included in cosmetic labelling will be reviewed according to Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic product. In addition, advice will be given on the claims to be included, in order to comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 655/2013 establishing common criteria to which cosmetic product claims must conform.
  • Review of cosmetic product labelling according to US legislation.
  • Assessment of compliance with European cosmetics legislation of products registered outside the EC for sale in any CE country.
  • Toxicological reports on medical devices.
  • Responsible Declaration of activities of manufacture and/or import of cosmetic products
  • Dossiers and procedures for the registration of personal care products:
    • Dentifrices (Oral Care)
    • Hygiene products: Vaginal moisturiser, anal hygiene, sports massage, nasal cleansing…
    • Pediculicides
  • Aplication National Parapharmacy Code (CN).
  • Advice on the most appropriate cosmetic product tests to be carried out to demonstrate the safety and tolerance of the product and labelling claims.
  • Literature search on efficacy of cosmetic ingredients for justification of claims.
